Sampson Solicitors strongly take the view that staff and clients are our greatest assets.

We do as much as we can to encourage and promote our staff. Not only is this because we like them and it is conducive to a pleasant working environment, but as a result of simple self-interest that we like to have a motivated team working with us.

We know that Solicitors whether experienced or newly qualified, Legal Executives, Paralegals and Trainees require continual support, training, feedback and reassurance and we can offer you all of that.

What we are unable to offer you, however, is the narrow specialisms of a large urban practice. We believe this in itself is not the correct approach to the law. A good Lawyer of course needs specialist knowledge but he or she also needs to practice this in the wider context.

Ignore the advice of the Recruitment Agencies, Universities and Law School Careers Officers that High Street practices are dying. We are actually different in that we are a firm with a dynamic and progressive approach. We most definitely are not dying and don't intend to. We believe the secret of a successful practice is the willingness to be flexible, open minded and move with the changing times. The work is there, we need you to help us do it.

We provide all fee earning staff with a lap top and iPhone. We utilise a hosted system which enables you to work from anywhere in the world. Therefore you can easily fit your work around your needs. This is especially important given the geographical area in which we live and work. We have a very strong belief in ensuring that our staff have the correct work life balance. As long as our clients are kept happy and the work is done then we are happy.

Although we do not have any job vacancies at this time we are always interested to hear from you if you feel that you would suit our firm.

All communication is treated in the strictest of confidence.
